The dining area leads into the well-equipped, spacious open plan kitchen/garden room which includes a Rangemaster with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, breakfast bar, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer and wine cooler, 2 comfortable sofas and a TV.
Fully opening glass sliding doors lead to the attractive courtyard garden.
Utility/cloakroom with hand basin, WC and washer/dryer.
Stairs from dining room to first floor.
Attractive lounge with ample seating and fantastic view towards the Lymington River and band stand.Unfortunately there is no access to the balcony.
Bedroom 3 with double bed (4ft 6in) and view over the garden.
Family bathroom including bath, separate walk in shower, basin and WC.
Stairs to second floor.
Dual aspect Bedroom 1 with double bed (4ft 6in), TV and fantastic views over the marina and Lymington River. Door to en suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC.
